Current Construction Phase
The project team is working on estimating and gathering information from trade bids. The prequalification process for trade bids is complete and undergoing legal review. Announcements are anticipated week of 9/14.
On 8/10 site demolition started and will be ongoing through September.
On 9/3 the crane for Pile Driving began mobilization. Piles are projected to start 9/23.

Community Engagement
We prioritize community engagement and involvement throughout the construction process. Regular communication and outreach will help ensure the community remains informed as the project progresses.
Our team is committed to keeping North End residents informed and engaged throughout the project. We will accomplish this through proactive communication, community jobsite tours, and partnerships with organizations such as the Nazzaro Center, while also investing in local volunteer and community-focused initiatives.
