Current Construction Phase

The project team is working on estimating and gathering information from trade bids. Trade bids are due on 11/17/26.

On 9/28 H-Pile installation for the pool foundations commenced. This work will be ongoing through December

H-Piles are a type of deep foundation made of steel columns.

Community Engagement

We prioritize community engagement and involvement throughout the construction process. Regular communication and outreach will help ensure the community remains informed as the project progresses.

Our team is committed to keeping North End residents informed and engaged throughout the project. We will accomplish this through proactive communication, community jobsite tours, and partnerships with organizations such as the Nazzaro Center, while also investing in local volunteer and community-focused initiatives.
